With a career spanning some 30 years, Alan has won numerous awards working on high-end productions for some of the world’s biggest companies such as Toyota, Paramount Pictures and Allianz.

Alan has a solid background in all aspects of post-production. As a director this translates into a clear vision of the final outcome at every step of the way, giving him vast control in the production environment and making him an unrivalled TVC director.

Alan has recently directed a number of local and international commercials featuring personalities such as Jennifer Hawkins, Michelle Bridges, Hayley Lewis and test cricketer Brett Lee.

Johnny is an award-winning director with experience across a diverse range of productions. From directing station idents (ABC 1 & 2, UK TV and Networks 10 & 7), to TV series opening title credits (Home and Away, Missing Persons Unit and Hi Five), to cutting-edge music videos (Bobby Flynn, Hell City Glamours and most notably Bob Evans which won best cinematography), Johnny continues to produce outstanding results.

He even directed a commercial for Movember, which featured on ‘Best Ads’ in February 2012.

Johnny has won awards both locally at the Sydney Sour Grapes festival and internationally at festivals in San Francisco and Cleveland. His latest short film was recently doing the rounds at Cannes and has been invited for screening at several other international film festivals.

Encouraged to direct by the legendary Bruce Beresford while an award-winning Advertising Creative Director, Julian’s experience doing voice-overs and stand-up comedy gave him a strong understanding of performance.

His speciality is directing dialogue, often with comic elements. Eliciting strong, natural performances from non-actors, presenters and kids in both commercials and corporate videos is a particular strength.

Julian’s long and diverse writing and directing experience across many of the world’s top brands can be glimpsed in his montage reel. As a former Ad Agency founder/principal, he has a grounded and pragmatic business approach to film-making.

Since leaving mainstream Adland, Julian has also focused on developing screenplays under the tutelage of Hollywood Script Editor Naomi Janzen. Creatively, your film project could not be in safer hands.

Ash has a degree in music and has worked with prominent artists and producers such as Human Nature, Ricki Lee, Young Divas, Expatriate, Wendy Matthews and Australian Idols music producer, Craig Porteils.

Ash is also an in-demand composer and jingle writer having written original music for companies such as Optus, Vodafone, Garmin and Redwin.

Antigone started out in the SBS tape library at 19 years of age and was promptly promoted to director’s assistant where she really took to the adrenalin and pressure of live television.

At SBS she started freelancing as a director’s assistant and production manager. Antigone brings with her years of experience in live TV at SBS and is the backbone of TVM production machine. A logical, quick-minded, problem solver, Antigone ensures that everything works like clockwork.
